We do not entertain any refund or cancellation requests

Things to keep in mind while making an exchange:

The garment must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed & no makeup stains). Any stained or damaged garment cannot be exchanged.

-The exchange piece must be of similar or higher value.

-Altered outfits will not be eligible for exchange.

-Only the size of the garment can be exchanged & not the style.
